I am very disappointed and frustrated with my new refrigerator from Frigidaire. Since having the water line hooked up no ice has formed in the freezer in over 24 hours. Water has leaked and froze inside the freezer as well as leaked from the ice dispenser. I had seen some people had this issue but I just assumed they got a defective one. Now it seems that this may be a very common issue with this since I too am experiencing problems. It™™s upsetting to get a new refrigerator that™™s having issues like this the week of thanksgiving. Despite all that I was pretty pleased with the refrigerator. It™™s very basic but I liked having the 2 doors vs trying to pull open a bottom freezer. I can™™t say that I would recommend this though.

A word of caution before purchasing a Frigidaire product. I purchased this refrigerator 3 months ago, and it has stopped working. I received a high temp warning. I contacted the warranty department, and was told the usual repair company they use is booked, and that they would get another service company to respond to my problem within 48-72 hours. The call was placed on a Thursday, I did not realize that the weekend did not count towards the time frame given. When I did finally get a call from another company the following Tuesday, they scheduled an appointment to look at my refrigerator on that Friday (1 week after the initial call). The company called that Friday and canceled my appointment, and told me they would reschedule for the following Tuesday (1.5weeks). The company then did not call or show up on that Tuesday. I am now going on 2 weeks since my initial call with a broken refrigerator that™™s under warranty. I do not hold Frigidaire responsible for the repair companies unreliable service, but I do hold them accountable for a poor process that relies on unknown service companies to provide their warranty services. To say I am disappointed with this situation is an understatement.

Had this refrigerator for less than 24 hours. Yes. It™™s nice to look at. Keep things cold. But!There is a buzzing-humming high pitch motor or fan sound making us crazy. Seriously bad. I™™ll make a tech call today.

I'm happy either the shelf & drawer arrangement. There is more space inside than in my last refrigerator. However, I'm very disappointed in the lighting inside the fridge section. One can hardly tell what us on the bottom shelf without a handheld flashlight. There definitely should be an improvement in this feature.

I have had this refrigerator for a year and one month and the main board has already gone out. It's a $500 replacement for a $1200 refrigerator. When I contacted Frigidaire I was told that all that they could do was offer. 20% discount on the parts.

Bought this in Sept 19 2023 Hs produced very little ice up til now. Representative has replaced ice maker. Worked for a while then back to same thing not producing ice. In the meantime I have to wait forever for rep to come out and check it again. Should not have to do this on a new appliance. Am extremely disappointed in service

This is 2nd refrigerator from Best Buy. The first one did not close tightly. Maybe the seal? This one is same model and has spots that freeze my food in the refrigerator side.

This fridge is a good value for the price. It is quiet, the icemaker keeps up nicely for a family of four, and I like the reliability of the ice making unit being in the freezer, not on the door..Some minor drawbacks ( that all side by sides have), are that it is hard to keep organized because of the tall narrow spaces,And the freezer space is encroached upon by the icemaker unit.Overall I've been very happy with it for a few months now.

Great refrigerator. Outlet last one had the freezer on the bottoms and we found out it was a flawed design (always needing o be repaired). This refrigerator works very well and we are very happy with it. 5 stars.

It™™s a great fridge and keeps everything nice and cool. Water dispenser and ice works great. Love that it fits into our tight space. Only complaint is it gets kind of noisy when making ice/cooling, but generally is pretty quiet.

The icemaker is slower than the Whirlpool we had before, but for two of us, it is ok.I love where the filters are on this unit ! No more kneeling on my ear to replace it like the Whirlpool.Overall, I love it.

It came with our double wide, for the most part I like it. My only complaint is the ice maker is hung up in crush mode™¦. Even when it™™s on cube™¦. and the crushed ice goes all over the place when you use it ™¦. We haven™™t even had it a year yet

We bought our new refrigerator in March. Waited 2 wks. and finally got 1 bucket of ice. Changed the filter. Waited a week, still no ice. Turned the refrigerator to the coldest setting which was one of the troubleshooting solutions, still no ice. If you do not touch the appliance for a week you have a bucket of ice. Finally called service, they replaced the icemaker, 1 week and the icemaker is empty. Keep in mind that my husband & I are the only ones in the house. I drink 1 glass of tea per day and he does the same. It is ridiculous. If you are buying the appliance for the icemaker, DONT!!!!!

JUNK. If all you need is 1 glass if ice per day, this is for you. If you want your eggs, Milk and other items in the refrigerator side freezing up, this is for you. If you don't mind waiting on hold for 1 hour for service, this is for you. ZERO STARS IS WHAT I WANT TO OUT HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID TO ADJUST THE CRISPER SETTING AND WAIT 48 HOURS TO SEE IF THE FREEZING STOPS AND CALL BACK. . THERE IS NO CRISPER DRAWER ADJUSTMENT! I ASKED WHERE IS IT. SHE THEN ACKNOWLEDGED TBAT IT HAD NO ADJUSTMENT. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST REFRIGERATOR I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. IT WILL BE THE LAST FRIDGIDAIRE BRAND I BUY. I gave my credit for Frigidaire for Walter filter subscription. I™™ve been trying to cancel it since January. I can™™t get thru to cancel for 2 months, when I do, they still end up sending me another water filter and charged my credit card! I now have 4 water filters and I cant reach them. Also, my fridge has been recalled & they NEVER notified me. My fridge is making a loud noise and it™™s the fan. I think I am going to file a police report against Frigidaire for charging my credit card over and over again after I canceled my subscription.

We just got our new fridge yesterday but so far so good. Having only 33in. of space makes it hard to find a decent sized refrigerator but this one seems perfect. Our old one was a few cu. ft. smaller and held a lot less.

Love this refrigerator. - the only thing is that it seems to be running all the time. I only remember walking by 1 time when it was quiet. Is this normal? Everything inside seems to be cold.It stops running when I open the door, then starts as soon as I close the door.

The refrigerator doesn't have an option for a Deli Drawer, and needs one more shelf. The freezer needs an additional shelf as well. I ordered a shelf for the refrigerator only to discover that there is no inside brackets to slide the shelf on, that limits where the shelves an be adjusted.
