We LOVE our new refrigerator. Our favorite feature is the middle drawer. Allll the smaller items that used to get lost are now easy to find. The soft close doors are wonderful. We also like the crushed ice on the door. The digital thermometer is also a big plus. My only wish is that the shelves and door pockets had more adjustments.

We received this refrigerator about a week and a half ago and are very pleased with it. The delivery and set up was quick and flawless and it was down to temperature within 18 hours. It is surprisingly very spacious and well laid out as delivered. The hidden ice maker/dispenser in the door is very well designed and executed allowing some additional door shelf space. Having two ice makers means always having plenty of ice on hand. The Full-Convert Drawer is definitely a highlight not only for its versatility but just ease of use and functionality. Its nice to not have to open the french doors all the time to get smaller more frequent use items. The freezer is also large and well organized with plenty of room for box store-sized grocery runs. The print-proof finish is very effective and easy to keep clean not needing polishes or cleaners. The overall appearance is very pleasing and will accent most kitchens quite well. The profile is large due to squared off edges so be aware when measuring for your existing space. Water connection for the ice and water is simple and secure and the unit was an easy install. Overall it runs very quietly looks fantastic is very spacious and is well laid out. The ThinQ monitoring through the app is a nice touch and was also easy to set up. We can highly recommend this model and are very happy we got it. Thank you LG.

This refrigerator is amazing The doors open and close very easily. The space inside the refrigerator is very spacious and well lit. The drawers easily fit fruits and vegetables. The side shelves are wide and very sturdy and can even hold large containers of milk and water. I have a large family so this helps to keep fridge stocked with drinks. The freezer is also very spacious and the way its divided helps keep everything organized and easily visible. I love that is has two sections : a top section and bottom section for larger items. The middle refrigerator drawer is my favorite part of the refrigerator. It can easily hold large platters and cakes for when I am hosting for the holidays. I love the look of the fridge. Its sleek and well designed

As a family of 6 we really needed a refrigerator that could help us stay organised and this one absolutely allows us to do that. The cooling drawer allows us to keep sports drinks and other soft drinks out of the main refrigerator freeing up so much space for pre-made meals and other larger containers. The water and ice feature means we dont have to have a big water jug taking up space either. One thing we particularly love is the size of the slide out drawers. We can actually fit enough food in them and get to it as well The freezer is spacious and we also really like the sliding rack in the freezer. Overall we are really happy with this fridge Definitely recommend

Right away I can say this is an excellent fridge. The volume of it alone is fantastic we now have so much more room for left-overs. Really enjoy the converter drawer with the ability to change the temperature range based on need especially since one of the temp ranges makes it an extension of the freezer. The indoor water/ice dispenser is a great compliment to the in-freezer ice maker. No longer have to dig into the freezer just for a couple of ice cubes to put into a drink What I find most impressive is how quiet this refrigerator is considering how big it is. Can barely hear the motor kick-in even if Im standing in front of it.

After years of a side by side refrigerator I decided to give French doors a try. Let me just say what an upgrade This refrigerator is absolutelymassive. I couldnt be happier withmy newLG refrigerator. It has a very sleek look and it is very simple to use and adjust to my needs. Main Fridge Area I never even thought I needed soft close doors until this fridge came along. With small children typically slamming the doors shut these doors close smoothly and quietly every time. I also love that you can close either door first or second. With respect to the interior door storage I absolutelylove the depth of the door shelving. It is tall enoughto hold milk containers which is a huge plus. The shelves are adjustable and even the ice maker door has shelving. It seems like LG made a significant effort to make every square inch usable. Finally this fridge is deep I put in all my old groceries and it looked so empty Fully Convert Drawer Overall a very cool concept At the moment weve been using it to store wines but will absolutelyutilize it in the future for its multiple purposes. The temperature can adjust from 41 degrees for chilled wine all the way to 30 degrees for meat/seafood. It can even be converted into a freezer which will be great if we ever need additional freezer space. I dont feel like it takes away from either the regular fridge or freezer either as both of those sections are significant in size. This is simply an added bonus and nice touch. Freezer I never thought I needed two ice makers but what an upgrade In the past weve run out of ice through the single ice maker at family gatherings but to have a full ice bucket in the bottom freezer as a backup is fantastic. Love the depth of the freezer and the fact there is a slidable top drawer as well. Fits everything and is very accessible. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product. The standard depth compared to counter depth does not stick out too much further so this is a positive as well. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I thought additional space was about the only upgrade from my old smaller refrigerator but one week in I can tell that its fresh air veil system definitely works and that the produces are staying fresher longer. I bought 3 packs of strawberries as a tester a day before the fridge arrived - something I never did as the strawberries would start to get dry after just 3-4 days and the third/last pack to date is as fresh as the day one I love this refrigerator 10 out of 5 stars

Massive storage capacity awesome convert drawer

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how much capacity this refrigerator had especially in the door bins My old refrigerator was similar in size but it definitely didnt store as much food or drinks. Not sure how they do it but I love it Im also a big fan of the middle drawer that has multiple temperature settings. Its a fully convertible drawer that has 5 different temperature settings with one of them being a freezer. The incredible capacity and convertible drawer are going to be extremely convenient for when I host the holidays. While the capacity and convertible drawer are great I cant forget to mention the soft closing door. This is great when you have a 4 year old who loves to help himself to a snack and typically slams the refrigerator door shut. But not anymore LG provided great service throughout the entire process. This refrigerator arrived earlier than expected and the gentlemen who installed it Tae and Carlos were beyond supportive. This has been an awesome experience and my family couldnt be happier with our new spacious refrigerator

Beautiful Design Tons of Space Excellent Storage

Absolutely LOVE this fridge. Our last fridge was also LG but counter depth size. With a family of six the extra depth and capacity suits our need much better. Nice clean finish on the outside sturdy handles and solid feeling doors and drawers. Organization is MUCH easier with the extra space and great storage options - right side door panel can actually fit two 1 gallon milk containers with plenty of room for other bottle containers condiments and 36 eggs. Inside drawers weve loaded separately with one weeks worth of fruits and vegetable - and still have plenty of room to spare. 3 levels of shelf space in the main compartment is a lot to fill and will come in extremely handy for parties and holiday gathering to hold multiple tray of food. The middle door adds a whole compartment we plan to use for storing water bottles cans of soda and beer - can easily hold thirty 12 oz. sized containers. Water/Ice controls on the exterior are sleek and easy-to-use - water streams fast and once we connected our fridge it filled the dispenser and extra interior tray in 25 hours. Overall it is a great upgrade from our last refrigerator and will most definitely minimize our runs to the second storage fridge in the basement. Absolutely LOVE this fridge

Awesome upgrade - good feng shui

I love this fridge. It fits great in my kitchen and it holds WAY more than my old fridge. When I upgraded to the LG I loaded it with the food that was in my old refrigerator. Our old refrigerator was completely full but LG ended up being about 1/4 full. Opening my old fridge used to be stressful food was wedged into spaces and precariously balanced on mysterious jars or forgotten tin foiled shapes. Opening this fridge is a relaxing experience. Plenty of room for everything to be in its place. Easy to find the pickles. The doors even close softly. Its also peaceably quiet. My kitchen flows into the living room and I got used to hearing the chronic hum of my old fridge in the living room. Now the only time I hear this fridge is if I leave the door open and it politely jingles at me to close it. Another thing I appreciate is the door shelf gives enough space to hold an open bottle of wine upright. That cork sticking up used to make the bottle too tall to stand up in my old fridge and Id have to lean it against something. The middle drawer is a cool concept pun intended and has caused fridge-envy in my neighbors. I like that it can be used as a separate freezer area regular fridge area or a meat area colder than the regular fridge area. We are currently using it as a meat area to keep chicken breasts etc. separated from other food and at a cooler temp. The movable separator wall in the drawer is a nice touch too. The freezer is super deep. The bottom has plenty of room for bigger items and the rolling shelf helps keep things in order. We use the shelf for the go-to frozens like blueberries and bagels and there is always a full bucket of little ice cubes. The water from my kitchen faucet does not taste good. The filtered water from this fridge tastes great. You lose a little space on the left door when you opt for the model with the water/ice dispenser but it is well worth it. Lastly the crushed ice is awesome. It gives my leftover morning coffee new life as mid-day iced coffee. This fridge has been a transformative experience.
